2. Product Use

Our walking pads are designed for home and office use. Users should ensure they use the product in a safe, stable environment. KiwiStride Pad is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse.

3. 4-Week Weight Loss Challenge Terms

• This offer includes a 100% refund if you do not lose 3kg within 4 weeks, under the following conditions:

• You must use the walking pad daily for at least 30 minutes over 28 consecutive days.

• Refund claims must include video proof for each day (e.g. time-lapse, recorded session showing date/time).

• Screenshots, AI-generated footage, or fabricated submissions will not be accepted.

• Videos must show you walking on the pad, and be clearly dated.

• Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of completing the challenge.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Returns

We offer a 14-day return window for faulty or damaged items. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed. For the weight loss guarantee, see section 3.

We ship within New Zealand. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

We accept all major credit cards. Afterpay may be offered as a payment method — subject to approval. Full payment must be received before orders are shipped.
